Story-telling in Asian and Oceanic cultures goes back many generations. Stories form the oral history of many traditional and indigenous cultures and ensures that knowledge and wisdom is passed from one generation to the next. In GENOA, we feel harvesting stories from individuals, communities and projects and sharing them throughout our network, brings inspiration and ensures information and solutions get disseminated widely.
We invite you to share your stories, photos or videos with us by filling in this form.
We realise that sharing stories might not be easy or possible for some of you, so we invite you to also share your photos with us, as a way to share resources and showcase the amazing work being done all around the region. We have created this photo-bank for GENOA, in which you can share your photos for others in the GENOA Community to use and share (with credits, of course!). Go here to upload your photos.
The GENOA Newsletters are usually released once a month by the GENOA Communications Circle. We share stories from communities, news, opportunities, courses and events. To get a taste for our newsletters, please have a look at our newsletter archives.
To hear about these stories from our network, sign up for our newsletter to receive news, updates, events and opportunities from the region.
