GENOA Community Call Jan 2024 – Measuring the impact of ecovillages in their regions: A comparison between the global north and south
Ecovillages are often called living laboratories for sustainable practices where people learn, innovate and practice sustainable methods of living from building houses, making money, decision making, to tending our inner landscapes. In our upcoming community call, we are happy to have our friends from the EVIST (Ecovillages as Incubators for Sustainability Transitions) team at the University of Basel. They will share firsthand survey findings on the diffusion of sustainable practices from ecovillages to their locality and how such diffusion varies between ecovillages in the Global North and Global South.
